Our Founder's Journey
Lance, the founder of LMR Coaching, brings a wealth of expertise and personal experience to his role. With over a decade of experience in addiction and mental health, he has guided numerous individuals through their recovery journeys, empowering them to overcome challenges and achieve their aspirations.
In 2016, Lance established a sober living house on the Upper East Side, gaining invaluable experience in community-based recovery settings. He later shifted his focus to one-on-one coaching, recognizing that personalized support often leads to more sustainable recovery outcomes.
Lance's own journey toward sobriety, which began on January 10th, 2008, deeply informs his empathetic approach to coaching. Having navigated the complexities of addiction and mental health struggles himself, he possesses a profound understanding and connection with those he helps. Lance is passionate about offering the same level of support and guidance he received, extending a message of hope and recovery to each client.
To date, Lance has worked with hundred's of clients from teenagers to high-profile individuals, ensuring the utmost confidentiality and tailored support. His commitment to helping others transform their lives is at the heart of LMR Coaching's mission.
